How hard is it to call and say "no, we don't have it". Price point good (thank goodness) but would likely take a pass- off the beaten track, walk after dark a bit dicey - disconnected service - and when we left a phone cord behind, after calls from more than one person, on different days, NEVER a response, though promised. Breakfast good quality - WHEN we got it!! VERY VERY slow kitchen, 1 frazzled overworked waitress - we finally went to the counter and got our coffee and yogurt - took 45 minutes to do b'fast, and we were on a schedule. They were apologetic, gave us a free beverage in the cafe/lounge as an apology. Old bldg which was attractive in concept, just not well executed in the conversion. Overall not the polish I expected from an Indigo - expected low cost, but efficient and hip. Desk a bit haphazard in placement and in attitude/efficiency. In for college reunion, with several women in different rooms.
